On August 16, 2025, Scribblory celebrated its seventh anniversary at Sweet Inspirations, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, where Scribblorists gathered for an intimate evening filled with laughter, connection, and of course, stories.
Over hearty Mongolian dishes, an anniversary cake sponsored by Author Rosalie De Silva, and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere, the group created the kind of moments that remind us why communities like Scribblory matter.

The event started with an opening prayer led by the Founder, Elaine Marie Factor, followed by a joyous welcome as writers trickled in. They shared not only their latest writing progress, but most of all, real-life stories that continued to shape their journeys. Their stories that had endured throughout the years were shared with each other, passed on through conversations, remembered in written words, and treasured in friendships. The highlight of the night was a hilarious round of Telestrations, facilitated by Admin and Mentor Nichelle Dizon, with a fun writerly twist that had everyone laughing and guessing.

And, as with any special gathering, no celebration was complete without the classic group photo session—taken thrice, to make sure everyone was included and had their best shot. Through this, they captured the memory and capped off the casual, simple yet joyful celebration!
Seven years strong, Scribblory continues to be a home where stories are written, shared, and remembered—proof that words and connections truly endure.

P.S: A heartfelt thank you to Rosalie De Silva for the Strawberry Shortcake that sweetened the occasion even more!
