The Art of Fiction Writing

Calling beginning and intermediate fiction writers! Did you know that fiction stories are born out of the "what if" of reality—of true stories? It turns out that the chimerical worlds we know through novels are like fossils that are "already there" and all that the fiction writer has to do is dredge them out, as Stephen King says. Through this workshop, you'll learn all you need to know about the 'made-up' literature, from understanding the genre, to conceptualizing an idea, and finally, to using strategies in writing a good fiction story.
